Located at the Langhorne Heritage Farm, 222 North Green Street, Langhorne Borough, PA, the
Artists-at-the-Farm is a program supported by Langhorne Borough Council, Langhorne Open Space, Inc., and Langhorne Council for the Arts. Thanks to the support of countless volunteers and contributors, the former calving barn, chicken coop, and other picturesque outbuildings of the Langhorne Heritage Farm have been converted to artists' studios. Selected through an application process that begins early each year, artists use the Farm's studio space from April to October. More than 20 artists have found peace and inspiration in the heart of beautiful Langhorne Borough. This diverse group of artists have participated in many events supported by Langhorne Council for the Arts, such as Artfest!, the Arts & Jazz Brunch, Arts in the Garden Tours, Paint Outs, Open Studio Tours & World Music concerts, and more. Carol Zetterberg directs this program. Additional information, including applications and contact information will be posted early in 2009.
